Enhancements

1. For Windows 11, the SDM scans can be forced to accept only HTTPS TLS 1.3. The SDP console also supports enforcing HTTPS.

1. Error corrected so that when Display > Tree View is selected in SDM, the Task Name column displays correctly.

2. Resolved an issue where configured targeted tables within a database were not scanned.
